For when your ex owes you money under a family court order and they haven't paid you.
If you and your ex already have financial court orders in place, but they haven't paid any (or have only paid some) of what they were supposed to, this package can help you get your money. This is called "enforcement".
This package will help you select which enforcement method is best, including applying to have money taken straight out of your ex's wages or their bank account and sent to you. This package doesn't help you apply for the financial orders in the first place.
